Book our flexible meeting room facilities that are easily accessible, simple to reserve and provide you with full reception services, business support and concierge services, plus plenty of on-site parking for all of your guests and colleagues.
When you book a meeting room at Valiant Office Suites, the price you pay includes wifi, a conference phone, presentation screen, and full tea/coffee facilities.
We also have an outside caterer on hand to provide delicious breakfasts, working lunches & buffets so that you can concentrate on the important stuff.

Half day 8.30-12.30/ 13.00-17.00 £65 +VAT
Full day 8.30-17.00 £90 +VAT
Medium meeting room
UP TO 10 PEOPLE
1 hr – £35 +VAT
Half day 8.30-12.30/ 13.00-17.00 £75 +VAT
Full day 8.30-17.00 £100 +VAT
Both rooms have full AV / WiFi connection and telephone conferencing facilities.
CANCELLATIONS
If we do not receive notice of cancellation more than 24 hrs prior to the start time of the booking then the full room fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT- Cancellations will only be accepted by email.
Meeting rooms are to be paid for via invoice in advance of the meeting
