When you go for one of our Serviced Offices you’ll have access to our full reception facilities from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
The professional in-house reception team works hard to effortlessly support you:

Your Office Experience
As standard the offices come unfurnished, offering you a truly blank canvas that you can make your mark on. You’ll move into freshly painted white walls and grey blinds, for that fresh, modern feel. We take maintenance and a high-quality finish seriously.
Our all-inclusive fees include rent, utilities and maintenance, operating on a 12 month contract, with all pricing subject to VAT.
You’re free to decorate your spaces as you wish, as long as you leave it as you found it. But we can guarantee, that once you join the Valiant Office Suites family, you won’t want to leave.

Communal courtyard
Need to stretch your legs or take a break from the computer screen? Then our communal areas are the place to go.
These areas are open to all who use our facilities and give you a space to make a hot drink, eat lunch or take 5. Our courtyard is a great place to sit when the sun is shining or need a break from your desk and some fresh air. Connect with nature and look out for local wildlife in and around our pond space.
